Salary: $134,000–$201,000 annual, depending on qualifications.

What you will do

  • Lead complex flood resilience and stormwater projects in the Colorado business.
  • Serve as Project Manager on projects using HEC-RAS 1D/2D and InfoWorks ICM, including modeling oversight and technical review.
  • Manage client relationships, sales activities, opportunity pipelines, strategic pursuits, and proposal presentations.
  • Supervise, mentor, recruit, develop, and retain team members in partnership with Group Management and Human Resources.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, staffing, utilization, client expectations, and project quality.
  • Implement the Quality Management System and coordinate technical excellence initiatives across practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical design, project management, personnel leadership, management, and organizational leadership.
  • Technical expertise in InfoWorks ICM, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS 1D/2D.
  • Proven client service, relationship-building, sales, and technical project delivery experience.
  • Professional Engineer license.
  • Ability to work from the Denver, Colorado office within the stated hybrid arrangement.
