Manufacturing Technician | 12 Hour Rotating Shifts | Auburn, Maine 04210

Location: Auburn Plant, Auburn, Maine 04210, United States. This is an onsite role working any day of the week, including weekends, on a 12-hour 2-2-3 rapid rotation schedule covering day and night shifts.

Starting salary: $68,000 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Operate high-speed converting, packing, and automated line equipment.
• Control manufacturing processes from computer terminals.
• Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Take ownership of site maintenance, equipment, and manufacturing projects.
• Maintain and enhance production technologies while supporting production capacity and product quality.
• Operate material handling equipment such as clamp trucks, forklifts, and hand trucks.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, weekends, and additional overtime as required.
• Ability to learn manufacturing processes, automated equipment operation, maintenance, and cleaning.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and data, with strong technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and motor vehicle operator evaluation.

• Previous experience operating powered industrial forklifts or reach trucks.
