Mortgage Disclosure Representative 1

Location: Greensboro, North Carolina, United States; onsite at 400 Bellemeade St.

hirify.global operates a Mortgage Administration business focused on compliant mortgage disclosure processes and risk management.

What you will do

• Review loan disclosure packages, including Loan Estimates, for fee accuracy and regulatory compliance before delivery to borrowers.
• Issue initial disclosure and redisclosure packages through the appropriate system.
• Validate fee information from settlement agents and other sources against regulatory tolerances.
• Review incoming loans for data integrity and coordinate corrections to borrower email addresses and system templates.
• Work with processors, mortgage loan officers, supervisors, and underwriters to resolve compliance issues under TRID, QM, HOEPA, HPML, and investor guidelines.
• Track regulatory and investor-guideline changes, update procedures and job aids, and complete required training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of job-related experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to use general office equipment, a personal computer, and job-related software.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
