Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; onsite at the Crossman Respect Building Home Office

Annual salary: $143,000–$286,000 in Sunnyvale; $132,000–$264,000 in Bellevue, plus performance bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Perform analytics on disparate data sources to define strategies and technology solutions.
• Lead the planning and delivery of large-scale technical programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment, manage risks and dependencies, and oversee implementation across Walmart.
• Establish standardized workflows, prioritization frameworks, and automation opportunities for Global Tech Execution.
• Use data to influence enterprise solutions and communicate technical, financial, and business impact to executive leaders.

Requirements

• Six years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field; or eight years of relevant experience.
• Experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or a related area.
• Strong technical expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, software lifecycle, and emerging technologies.
• Experience developing technology strategies with clear goals and measurable benefits.
• Executive presence with strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Financial acumen for evaluating the short- and long-term P&L impact of technical decisions, plus knowledge of artificial intelligence and product strategy.

Nice to have

• Project management certification.
• Master’s degree in business administration with a specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or a related area.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
