What you will do

• Provide operational and administrative talent acquisition support for the North American Fabrication Technology HR team.
• Schedule interviews, prepare materials, coordinate candidate communications, and manage recruiting workflows.
• Maintain requisitions, candidate records, offer letters, approvals, background checks, and onboarding activities in the ATS.
• Support sourcing, job postings, networking activities, recruitment marketing, presentations, and talent metrics.
• Administer internship, co-op, apprenticeship, and early-career development programs across North America.
• Coordinate campus recruiting activities, including career fairs, information sessions, interviews, networking events, and facility tours.

Requirements

• Strong organization and customer focus while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and business leaders across a global manufacturing organization.
• Ability to coordinate recruiting processes and maintain accurate records in an applicant tracking system.
• Ability to support workforce planning and early-career hiring programs.
• Ability to build relationships with universities, technical schools, trade programs, military transition organizations, and student organizations.
