Sr Digital Business Relationship Manager, Finance & Accounting

Location: Hybrid role based in Riga, Latvia or Alpharetta, Georgia, USA

Salary: €48,100–€76,900 annually for candidates based in Riga, Latvia

What you will do

• Drive digital strategy across finance and accounting, including general accounting, costing, consolidation, and financial reporting.
• Capture business needs, shape digital demand, prioritize initiatives, and align projects with technology roadmaps and business value.
• Partner with Finance leadership, global process owners, delivery centers, architects, project managers, business analysts, data teams, and managed service providers.
• Develop business cases, capability roadmaps, requirements, and project initiatives while supporting on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Track project progress, operational activity, service performance, KPIs, escalations, risks, adoption, and value realization.
• Build strategic relationships with Finance and Accounting stakeholders and coach business partners to articulate technology requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of related experience in digital business relationship management, IT partnership, and Finance and Accounting responsibilities.
• Experience facilitating digital business initiatives based on accounting, costing, and financial reporting objectives.
• Experience with JD Edwards, SAP, or another ERP system.
• Ability to create business requirements documents, use cases, user acceptance test plans, process flow diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Strong collaboration, communication, influence, conflict-resolution, problem-solving, and requirements-discovery skills.
