Supervisor, Media Investment (Programmatic)

Location: Knoxville, Tennessee or Atlanta, Georgia; remote employees must be based in the United States. Relocation assistance may be provided.

What you will do

• Train, mentor, manage, and supervise Media Investment planners and buyers.
• Develop programmatic strategy, planning, buying, campaign implementation, and optimization processes.
• Communicate marketplace intelligence and present media strategies, plans, and recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate with Strategy, Analytics, Account Service, and other departments to align delivery with client KPIs.
• Oversee campaign execution, workload prioritization, reporting, research, and quality standards.
• Serve as an internal and client-facing programmatic and digital marketplace expert.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in media investment buying and planning at a media agency or vendor.
• At least 1 year of experience mentoring and managing a team.
• Experience planning and buying multi-million-dollar programmatic campaigns.
• Proficiency with digital media research and performance applications, including Comscore, Nielsen, and Simmons.
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, journalism, accounting, or a related field.
