Water/Wastewater Treatment Senior Project Manager

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; hybrid schedule with up to 40% remote work.

What you will do

• Lead the analysis, design, construction administration, and technical reporting for water and wastewater treatment, reuse, and resource recovery facilities.
• Manage complex, multidisciplinary treatment plant projects and technical teams.
• Apply expertise in water and wastewater process design and coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical design disciplines.
• Direct treatment process studies and construction contract administration and management.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with internal and external clients and regulatory and resource agencies.
• Support the growth of the Central Plains treatment group and the national treatment practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Environmental Engineering.
• 10+ years of related water and wastewater treatment experience, focused on plant process evaluation, design, and construction.
• Experience managing complex multidisciplinary treatment plant projects and teams.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and sales communication skills.
• Oklahoma, Kansas, or Arkansas Professional Engineer license, or the ability to obtain one within six months.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively and to develop trusted client relationships.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering.
• Experience with projects involving $1M or more in fees.
