Salary: $408,313–$458,520 annually

What you will do

• Provide general or subspecialty gastroenterology care in a busy academic setting.
• Deliver both outpatient and inpatient patient care.
• Perform endoscopic procedures in new state-of-the-art endoscopy suites.
• Manage nutrition-related GI disorders, including pancreatic insufficiency, celiac disease, short gut syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, malnutrition, and vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams and contribute to patient-centered care.
• Teach medical students, residents, and gastroenterology fellows while participating in academic and research activities.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Ability to obtain a Massachusetts medical license.
• Interest in teaching and building a busy clinical practice.
• Assistant or Associate Professor-level appointment.

Nice to have

• Specialized interest in diseases of malabsorption, maldigestion, and nutritional complications of GI disease.
• Interest in maintaining broad gastroenterology practice while developing a nutrition-focused subspecialty.
