Location: Onsite in Georgetown, Kentucky, United States. PRN MondayβFriday shifts are available, with potential production Saturdays and 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shift options; night-shift availability is strongly preferred.

What you will do
- Provide evidence-based care, evaluate and prioritize patients, and treat injured workers within the scope of practice.
- Perform and document physical evaluations, medical tests, screenings, and treatments, including EKG, audiometry, spirometry, and vision testing.
- Coordinate case management with third-party administrators and clients, and implement transitional duty and return-to-work programs.
- Administer medications and emergency care, maintain accurate health records, and provide patient education and follow-up care.
- Maintain equipment, infection-control standards, and a clean, safe clinical environment.
- Support accident investigations, injury-prevention programs, workplace safety initiatives, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Certificate from an accredited nursing school or an Associate degree in Nursing is required; a BSN is preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice is required.
- Current hands-on Basic Life Support certification from AHA, ARC, or an equivalent provider is required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification may be required depending on the contract scope of services.
- Three or more years of Registered Nurse experience in occupational health, emergency-room, or ambulatory-care settings is preferred.
- Experience with workplace hazard mitigation, health screenings and education, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and return-to-work examinations is preferred.
Nice to have
- Certification in Occupational Health, such as COHN or COHN-S.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing or Case Management.
- Night-shift availability.
