Focus on leading field teams, reviewing data, managing scope changes, and coordinating outdoor industrial work at elevated platforms.
Location: Santa Ana, California, United States; onsite field work with overnight and local travel up to 75% or more.
Salary: $34–$45 per hour.

What you will do
- Manage field operations for source and stack testing teams, plant contacts, and regulatory contacts.
- Follow established testing methods and procedures to support consistent and reliable source testing.
- Coordinate project resources with logistics and office managers before field tests.
- Manage onsite schedules and coordinate scope changes with client and regulatory contacts.
- Oversee daily field operations, safety, data review, and field quality control.
- Staff, lead, train, and mentor field test personnel.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of stack testing experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to pass background checks and initial and random drug screening.
- Ability to obtain DOT medical certification and an OSHA Respiratory Protection Medical Evaluation.
- Ability to work outdoors in industrial settings, climb elevated platforms from 50 to 300 feet, lift up to 50 pounds, and travel or work weekends when required.

- Transferable experience in labor, construction, industrial maintenance, mechanical work, laboratory work, environmental work, or field science.
