What you will do
- Ensure compliance with production plans, production line outputs, and manufacturing efficiency targets.
- Prepare wafers, components, and semi-products while monitoring related hand-stock.
- Process components, semi-products, and products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Perform basic machine setup and CNC/SPS programming when required.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians and external service providers on repair issues.
- Support unit budgeting, resource allocation, and manufacturing cost control.
Requirements
- Follow internal work instructions, safety rules, applicable regulations, and EHS requirements.
- Execute assigned tasks according to specified procedures and report failures or malfunctions to supervisors or responsible employees.
- Work with manufacturing processes involving wafers, components, semi-products, and production equipment.
