Salary: $77,412–$151,957 per year.

What you will do
- Plan and implement brand training initiatives for franchise networks.
- Consult with franchisees and field leadership to improve training impact and operational performance using data-driven insights.
- Assess training systems during franchise business reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
- Deliver leadership development training through virtual and in-person experiences and enable franchise networks to deliver it locally.
- Support brand standards, operational excellence, engagement programs, new restaurant training, and franchise onboarding.
- Collaborate with training development, training technology, restaurant experience, and cross-functional teams on content, implementation, testing, and related projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3+ years of experience in training, operations, or leadership within restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience delivering and supporting leadership-level training programs.
- Strong organization, planning, time management, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage administrative requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with learning management systems is preferred.
