Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with a hybrid schedule including up to 40% remote work

What you will do
- Observe and inspect construction activities for compliance with plans and specifications.
- Lead construction record keeping, prepare daily reports, and recommend contractor payments.
- Review proposed change orders and identify the need for extra work or supplemental agreements.
- Prepare for and support preconstruction meetings, progress checks, and conflict resolution.
- Provide technical guidance to junior construction representatives.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, project managers, construction managers, and other employees.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 5+ years of relevant construction experience as a construction representative or inspector.
- Full proficiency with project management information systems such as e-Builder, Buzzsaw, FNI Manager, or Site Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Nice to have
- Associate degree in a related field.
- Construction management certification.
- DOT technical certifications, ACI I, APWA certification, Level I NICET, or ENV SWPP.
