Manufacturing Plant Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Phoenix Plant, United States. The plant operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Technicians must be local or independently arrange relocation; relocation is generally not paid. Rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and overtime may be required.

Starting pay: $26.02 per hour.

What you will do

• Operate high-speed converting, packing, and other automated production equipment.
• Control production processes from computer terminals and maintain production flow.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on plant equipment and systems.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement timely solutions.
• Assist with installing new equipment and provide technical support or training when needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and production records while following safety and quality protocols.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Ability to operate, maintain, and clean automated equipment and use basic hand and power tools.
• Technical, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb and stand on stairs, ladders, and platforms, enter confined spaces, and stand on concrete floors for extended periods.
• Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, and work overtime as needed.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role. Required personal protective equipment includes safety shoes, eye and hearing protection, and a PAPR.

Nice to have

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or technician experience.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems.
• A valid driver's license, depending on job requirements.
