Project Manager, Facilities Construction (Federal Construction)

Salary: $76,640–$114,960 annually

What you will do

• Manage capital projects or defined scopes through the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, scopes of work, schedules, baseline estimates, and contract summaries.
• Build cost and schedule reports in a Federal EVM environment and coordinate engineering and design deliverables.
• Track project changes, communicate status, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with approved objectives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience leading capital project execution across engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Project management experience on major defense or energy projects.
• Associate’s degree in construction, engineering, project management, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and SharePoint.
• Valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or current federally compliant passport required; successful background screening is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Federal contract experience on major design-build or design-build-operate-maintain projects.
• PMP certification.
• Experience leading one-of-a-kind or pilot capital projects.
