Director, Warehouse and Inventory Control (Hospitality)

Location: Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, United States. Onsite role requiring standing, walking, noise exposure, occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, and flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What you will do

• Lead warehouse, receiving, distribution, storeroom, and inventory control operations across the resort.
• Develop inventory strategies, warehouse standards, staffing plans, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee receiving, storage, material handling, replenishment, and timely distribution of goods to operational departments.
• Manage perpetual inventories, cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, valuations, reporting, and audit support.
• Establish controls to reduce waste, spoilage, obsolescence, theft, shrinkage, and inventory discrepancies.
• Partner with Finance, Purchasing, Food & Beverage, Hotel Operations, Retail, Security, Facilities, and other departments to maintain inventory availability and service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, finance, accounting, hospitality management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, purchasing support, or supply chain functions.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing warehouse, inventory control, or distribution teams.
• Experience with inventory systems, physical inventories, reconciliation processes, ERP, purchasing, and inventory management tools.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, inventory accounting, cost management, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in an integrated resort, casino, hotel, large hospitality operation, multi-site distribution environment, or property opening is required or highly relevant.

Nice to have

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), or a related certification.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies.
