What you will do
- Use a lorry loader/HIAB to deliver generators to customer sites.
- Deliver and collect company equipment across multiple areas.
- Complete general parts collections from suppliers when required.
- Inspect company trucks and trailers and ensure loads are correctly secured.
- Maintain driver-hour and tachograph compliance, accurate records, and speed-limit compliance.
- Record activities using the company’s bespoke management system.
Requirements
- In-date HIAB licence is essential.
- At least one year of experience operating HIAB or lorry-loader equipment.
- Valid driver qualification card and in-date driver CPC are required.
- Ability to communicate comfortably by telephone and face to face.
- Ability to work with customers from different industries.
- Willingness to work in a permanent full-time role.
Nice to have
- Maximum tonnage endorsement on the HIAB licence.
- In-date ADR licence.
