Software Engineer I (Network Testing & Automation)

Location: Onsite, primarily from an HPE office

What you will do

• Code enhancements, updates, and changes for networking and systems software, including operating systems, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools.
• Execute established test plans and protocols for assigned code, then identify, log, and debug issues.
• Contribute to software systems design and development across multiple platform types.
• Collaborate with internal and outsourced development partners on reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions.
• Participate as a member of software engineering project teams developing low- to moderately complex products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
• Typically 2–3 years of experience.
• Experience with or understanding of software systems design tools and programming languages.
• Understanding of software testing, coding, debugging, and systems running across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Mastery of English and the local language is required.
