Retirement Plan Manager (Retirement Plans)

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for employer-sponsored retirement plan clients.
• Provide guidance on investment selection, plan design optimization, fiduciary practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct plan reviews covering investment performance, fee benchmarking, compliance oversight, and target date fund analyses.
• Collaborate with internal specialists on vendor transitions, contribution structure changes, and participant engagement strategies.
• Lead enrollment sessions, employee education meetings, committee reviews, RFP processes, and strategic planning sessions.
• Identify opportunities to improve plan outcomes, support new products and platforms, resolve client inquiries, and occasionally travel to client sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of related experience in the retirement plan industry.
• Maintain FINRA Series 65 or obtain it within 90 days of employment.
• Project management and account management skills.
• Knowledge of ERISA regulations and retirement plan industry trends.
