Senior Product Manager

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and competitive positioning.
• Manage products throughout their lifecycle, from ideation and development through launch, continuous improvement, and retirement.
• Prioritize features, manage risks and issues, and execute product builds.
• Collaborate with GTM, technology, sales, customer experience, solution architecture, pricing, finance, engineering, and design teams.
• Represent customer needs, gather feedback, and support product adoption, retention, and growth.
• Create product requirements, user stories, specifications, metrics, and business cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, product management, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment.
• Proven experience managing successful products throughout their lifecycle and translating business goals into product requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market where applicable; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
