What you will do
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for assigned markets.
- Build financial models to evaluate business decisions, economic scenarios, capital investments, pricing, profitability, and bids.
- Provide General Managers and business unit leaders with financial insights and decision support.
- Drive financial reviews, operating cadence meetings, reporting standardization, and performance accountability.
- Partner with corporate functions and field finance teams to identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Manage audits, internal controls, financial filings, reporting deadlines, and finance-related special projects.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of related financial experience; 8–12 years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Finance Business Partnering preferred.
- At least 2 years of management, supervisory, or lead experience.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with enterprise planning systems.
- MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
