What you will do
- Prospect new healthcare accounts through outbound calling, email sequencing, and digital channels.
- Conduct high-volume outreach to hospital supply chain, biomedical engineering, and HTM decision-makers.
- Qualify opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and work toward monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Analyze accounts to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and support long-term customer retention.
- Build expertise in imaging equipment, including CT, MRI, and X-ray, as well as biomedical device categories.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting in Salesforce while using data to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of inside sales, business development, or outbound sales experience.
- Proven success with high-volume, phone-based selling and prospecting.
- Experience with a CRM; Salesforce is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport across different buyer types.
- Interest or experience in healthcare technology, biomedical services, HTM, medical equipment, healthcare supply chain, or imaging services.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
Nice to have
- Understanding of hospital procurement processes and clinical operations environments.
- Bachelor’s degree; equivalent experience is considered.
- Experience with medical equipment distributors, biomedical services companies, HTM organizations, or B2B inside sales teams.
