What you will do
- Support workforce planning and scheduling through labor utilization analysis and reporting.
- Analyze labor and staffing patterns, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Standardize and distribute daily labor usage reports.
- Determine staffing levels by department and role, considering budgets and business priorities.
- Create, edit, and maintain accurate department schedules in accordance with company policy.
- Support operational managers and provide training on labor management applications.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous scheduling experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, and TMM applications is preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English is required.
- Ability to work onsite in varying weather conditions, walk and stand throughout the shift, and work opening, mid, closing, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Nice to have
- Experience with line schedule management.
- At least three months of experience with TMM applications.
