Mammography Technologist - Per Diem days

What you will do

• Perform mammography exams according to department protocols.
• Perform bone densitometry exams when required by departmental needs.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images while providing compassionate and comfortable patient care.
• Use RIS and PACS computer systems proficiently.
• Stay current with breast imaging and bone densitometry advancements through literature and continuing education.

Requirements

• Complete a minimum two-year training program at an AMA-approved school or equivalent training meeting ARRT Radiology registry requirements.
• Hold ARRT (R) certification.
• Hold ARRT (M) certification or obtain it within one year of hire.
• Hold 3D Mammography certification or obtain it within one year of hire.
• Hold a New Hampshire Board of Medical Imaging license.

Nice to have

• One to two years of mammography experience.
