Strategist, Influencer (Influencer Marketing): Developing and executing influencer campaigns for agency clients with an accent on creator strategy, partner relationships, and social media insights. What you will do
- Monitor the digital media and influencer landscape, including industry, competitor, platform, and creator developments.
- Develop influencer and content creator strategies aligned with client business objectives and social goals.
- Research, recommend, and vet creators and partnerships for brand alignment.
- Support creator outreach, talent agreements, campaign budgets, briefing calls, asset delivery, content monitoring, and reporting.
- Build relationships with creators, agencies, and managers while maintaining contact databases and rate information.
- Oversee selected work for junior team members and interns and produce thought leadership newsletters and points of view.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital, social, and/or influencer marketing.
- Knowledge of major social platforms and current trends across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Experience with social media measurement and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate, work independently, accept feedback, and influence cross-functional teams.
- Remote employees must be based in the United States.
