Business Operations is an internal resource organization supporting Medical, HEVA, Commercial, Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions globally.
What you will do
- Create complex publication and medical education materials, including slide decks, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.
- Manage end-to-end content development, documentation, and approval in PromoMats/iEnvision.
- Develop therapeutic-area expertise and support medical communication and publication-need analysis.
- Implement regional publication plans and coordinate deliverables with selected vendors.
- Collaborate with scientific communication and medical teams to prepare customized deliverables.
- Coach junior scientific writers and contribute to best-practice development and training effectiveness.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience creating content for the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, or academia.
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a similar discipline, or a medical degree.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience or exposure to therapeutic-area knowledge, publication submission, and/or project management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
