What you will do

• Lead integrated health economics and market access strategies for Australia and New Zealand.
• Develop and execute reimbursement submissions and funding applications.
• Support business planning, portfolio prioritisation, product launches, and lifecycle management with market access insights.
• Build relationships with government, payer, provider, industry, and clinical stakeholders.
• Advise business leaders on reimbursement frameworks, funding mechanisms, and government policy.
• Partner with commercial, medical, regulatory, government affairs, and global HEMA teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, health economics, public health, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in health economics, reimbursement, market access, or health technology assessment within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, consulting, or related healthcare sectors.
• Experience leading reimbursement submissions through Prescribed List, MSAC, PBAC, PHARMAC, or equivalent funding pathways.
• Experience engaging government, industry associations, healthcare providers, and other external stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Australian and New Zealand healthcare systems.
• Submission writing, HTA negotiation, and senior stakeholder influence experience in complex matrix environments.

• Understanding of the global commercial environment.
• Experience in a matrix organisation.
• Familiarity with systematic literature reviews.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of local and international HTA, reimbursement, and pricing policy issues.
