What you will do
- Support expert engineers with day-to-day engineering work, production needs, advanced processes, and equipment stability.
- Implement new processes and methods and proactively detect and troubleshoot malfunctions.
- Apply cutting-edge engineering and quality management tools to improve production-line response.
- Implement automation solutions and use AI and digital tools to automate routine tasks, generate reports, and improve decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineering group members on continuous improvement, process stability, variance reduction, and cost reduction projects.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. student in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 20 hours per week available, equivalent to 2.5 days per week.
- Four semesters remaining until graduation.
- Ability and interest to use AI-based tools to create reports, build agents, automate daily tasks, and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong data analysis abilities and a data-systems orientation.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Excellent English.
