What you will do
- Track, document, and issue package letters for Motion Picture.
- Manage and update the database of precedents used for motion picture and film agreements.
- Review and negotiate motion picture and film agreements.
- Manage grids, checklists, and forms used by the Business Affairs group.
- Support the Motion Picture Business Affairs team with special projects and assigned requests.
Requirements
- J.D. degree required.
- Admission to the California or New York state bar required.
- At least one year of transactional legal or business affairs experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outstanding drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with varied personalities and styles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight timeframes.
