Lead Treasury Analyst - Business Support (Finance)

Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa, United States; hybrid schedule with office attendance Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Salary: $82,000–$109,000 annually, plus potential annual bonus

What you will do

• Provide lead treasury support for daily operations, complex issues, process questions, and cross-functional coordination.
• Manage the opening, closing, modification, and maintenance of domestic and global bank accounts and services, including ACH, lockbox, positive pay, debit blocks, and account reporting.
• Support multicurrency banking needs across USD, EUR, CAD, GBP, and other currencies, including banking documentation.
• Coordinate with business units, Legal, IT, vendors, offshore support teams, and external banking partners.
• Review, negotiate, approve, and execute bank agreements and service documentation with Legal.
• Troubleshoot payment operations, system, file transmission, connectivity, and operational issues while leading banking projects and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Certified Treasury Professional certification, or the ability to obtain it within one year of hire.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, research, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience or knowledge of treasury banking services, bank account administration, corporate banking products, legal agreements, payment systems, and file transmissions.
• Ability to support SOX controls, audits, risk mitigation, control documentation, and multiple priorities.
