Director - Planning & Scheduling

Location: Binghamton, New York, United States; onsite

Base salary: $156,000–$195,000 per year, dependent on experience and location

What you will do

• Lead integrated planning and scheduling for capital, new customer, maintenance, and reliability work across transmission and distribution operations.
• Align operational planning with corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, and financial targets.
• Oversee internal and external resource planning, outsourcing decisions, and contractor management.
• Establish planning governance, performance reviews, scorecards, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Standardize scheduling templates, forecasting models, planning tools, and data practices across regions.
• Lead regional supervisors and schedulers while overseeing planning technology such as Primavera, ARCOS, and Field Force.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project planning or resource management.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale operational programs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Binghamton, New York, United States.
• Applicants must meet applicable United States immigration requirements to work in the country.
