Lead Expert - Durham Southpoint

Location: Onsite at Southpoint Mall, Durham, North Carolina 27713, United States

Hourly pay rate: $20 USD per hour, plus eligibility for a monthly commission compensation plan.

What you will do

• Meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets and commission accelerators.
• Engage walk-by traffic, educate customers on hirify.global products, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Manage and audit store leads in the CRM to improve team conversion rates.
• Serve as floor lead and coach sales Experts when the Store Manager is absent.
• Deliver hands-on product demonstrations and represent the brand with integrity.
• Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and event setup.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in a premium or commission-based environment.
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to mentor peers and lead by example without formal management authority.
• Strong organization and experience managing a book of business and auditing CRM leads.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, lift items weighing 35 lbs or more, and physically demonstrate products in store.
