Salary: $81,670–$136,116 annually, plus an annual or quarterly bonus may apply.

What you will do
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the global conflict minerals compliance program across all product divisions.
- Manage annual CMRT, EMRT, and AMRT data collection from the global supplier base, including response tracking and follow-up.
- Validate supplier submissions against the RMI database and maintain smelter, refiner, CID, and conformance records.
- Identify and remediate non-conformant smelter findings through direct supplier engagement.
- Prepare and coordinate the annual SEC Form SD and Conflict Minerals Report, supporting audits and customer compliance reviews.
- Deliver internal training, prepare supplier communications, and provide program updates to senior leadership and the Board.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, environmental science, political science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of direct experience in conflict minerals compliance, responsible sourcing, supply chain sustainability, or product compliance.
- Expert knowledge of Dodd-Frank Section 1502 and SEC conflict minerals rules, plus detailed knowledge of the EU Conflict Minerals Regulation and CSDDD.
- Experience with CMRT, EMRT, AMRT, RMI tools and database navigation, and Assent or an equivalent compliance platform.
- Strong data management, analytical, reporting, project management, supplier engagement, and communication skills.
- English is required. ITAR-related access to products and technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.

- Experience preparing or supporting SEC conflict minerals filings.
- Background in electronics, PCB, semiconductor, aerospace, or defense manufacturing.
