What you will do

• Support the Senior Commercial Manager in expanding the brand across EU retail stores and online channels.
• Build weekly and monthly retailer sales reports, analyze product and franchise performance, and identify commercial opportunities.
• Manage new product listings, master data, launch forms, online assets, and product information across retailer websites.
• Coordinate retailer requests, launch books, toolkits, sampling plans, event preparation, and trade marketing activations.
• Monitor promotional activity, stock levels, competitive activity, product detail pages, and retail marketing ROI.
• Coordinate launch and activation dates with field teams and conduct regular store visits to gather customer insights.

Requirements

• Two years of successful experience in a similar commercial, sales, or retailer marketing role in the beauty or luxury sector.
• Master’s degree, business school qualification, or equivalent higher education.
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong numerical, analytical, organizational, communication, negotiation, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for luxury beauty, market trends, and consumer behavior.
