Brand Expression Designer for Habitat Care (Graphic Design)

Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Design packaging and visual brand experiences for Habitat Care brands from concept through execution.
• Create in-store, digital, and e-content touchpoints using Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools.
• Apply consumer behavior insights and business objectives to develop effective design solutions.
• Participate in design sprints and design thinking sessions with cross-functional partners.
• Manage internal and external design partners and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of full-time graphic design experience.
• BA/BS in Graphic Design or a similar field.
• Hands-on graphic design skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of design principles, systems, aesthetics, typography, and color.
• Portfolio demonstrating graphic design, digital and physical package design, and brand visual identity systems.
• Strong collaboration, communication, prioritization, curiosity, resilience, and openness to feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI-enabled tools such as Adobe Firefly for ideation, prototyping, and design iterations.
• Awareness of design trends and consumer insights.
