2027 Early Careers: Summer Intern, Multinational – United States, Atlanta, GA & Miami, FL

Location: United States — Atlanta, GA or Miami, FL. This is an in-person opportunity requiring work in the office at least four days per week.

Hourly pay range: $25.78–$28.64 for applicants in Colorado, Jersey City, and New York City.

What you will do

• Support the development and implementation of multinational insurance programs for clients operating across multiple countries and regions.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, legal, operations, and other teams across hirify.global’s global network.
• Assist with reviewing client needs, program structures, coverage requirements, and local market considerations.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to support accurate and efficient implementation across jurisdictions.
• Participate in dynamic projects, instructor-led masterclasses, mentoring circles, networking events, and volunteering during the nine-week program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree expected no later than June 2028; an unofficial transcript is required with the application.
• Availability for the complete Summer Internship Program from June 7 through August 6, 2027.
• Ability to work in the office at least four days per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Major in Risk Management and Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, International Business, or a related field.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills.
• Interest in global business, international markets, or cross-border operations.
