Location: Minnetonka, Minnesota, United States, with 35% travel; hybrid culture. The role also provides senior commercial leadership at the Simi Valley site. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop Account Managers and Business Development Executives while setting performance expectations and maintaining accountability for quota, pipeline coverage, and activity standards.
- Own revenue quota, pipeline targets, forecasting, deal coaching, new business acquisition, account expansion, renewals, and retention strategies.
- Develop account plans, territory plans, buyer-persona messaging, value propositions, and quarterly and annual sales plans across multiple product lines.
- Design outbound call campaigns and multi-touch demand-generation programs with Marketing, including scripts, messaging, collateral, ROI tools, and competitive battle cards.
- Ensure CRM accuracy and sales-process discipline in Salesforce and NetSuite while partnering with Operations on territory design, quota setting, and reporting.
- Represent the commercial organization in leadership forums and collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and affiliate leadership to resolve escalations and deliver on sales commitments.
Requirements
- 15+ years of B2B sales experience, including success in a quota-carrying account management or field sales role.
- 10+ years of sales management, team leadership, or player-coach experience, or a demonstrated readiness to lead a team.
- Experience coaching sellers at different experience levels and improving performance and pipeline discipline.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using Salesforce or an equivalent CRM for management, forecasting, and coaching.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

- Experience selling to health systems, hospitals, or healthcare supply chain organizations.
- Familiarity with complex B2B sales cycles involving clinical, financial, and operational decision-makers.
- Experience in a high-growth, private-equity-backed technology or services company.
