Software Development Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate distributed systems that process security-relevant data with high availability and low latency.
• Own services across architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and operational excellence, including on-call participation.
• Build libraries, integrations, and tooling that help engineering teams adopt the security platform.
• Design efficient data models, processing pipelines, and query patterns for very large datasets.
• Partner with security, compliance, and service-owning teams to translate requirements into platform capabilities.
• Write design documents, lead reviews, influence technical decisions, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• Professional, non-internship software development experience.
• Programming experience in at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design.
• Experience designing or architecting systems for reliability and scaling.
• Experience across the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, builds, testing, and operations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
