Audiologist - Remote

Location: Home Office, North America; 100% remote

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Gather client case histories and build rapport during remote appointments.
• Interpret hearing tests and determine hearing-aid candidacy.
• Dispense, fit, and troubleshoot hearing aids by phone or video.
• Train clients with limited technology experience to use telehealth services.
• Work closely with operations and customer experience teams to provide effective client care.

Requirements

• Active Audiologist License in good standing.
• At least 3 years of experience dispensing and fitting hearing aids for adult patients.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from ASHA, or a Praxis Exam passed within the last 12 months.
• Availability during weekday business hours and for rotating weekend coverage.
• Clear communication, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and independent working skills.
• Ability to work remotely from North America.

Nice to have

• Additional state audiology licenses.
• Experience with remote hearing-aid fitting software.
