Focus on synthesizing complex portfolio information, coordinating high-priority initiatives, and building accountability across distributed stakeholders.
Location: Remote US
Target annual base salary: $240,000–$280,000 USD, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do
- Lead portfolio planning, including organizational strategies, operating plans, capital requirements, double bottom line goals, and capital allocation.
- Develop portfolio dashboards, scorecards, reporting, comparative analyses, benchmarks, and performance insights.
- Maintain operating frameworks, decision rights, authority matrices, governance processes, and playbooks.
- Coordinate high-priority initiatives across multiple Mozilla organizations by defining workstreams, owners, milestones, dependencies, and delivery cadences.
- Support the COO and Mozilla.org leadership with recommendations, decision points, operating forums, and executive materials.
- Identify execution risks and simplify processes while building accountability without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a multi-entity holding company or an investment management, private equity, venture capital, or development finance organization.
- Prior portfolio-level experience in strategy, business operations, portfolio operations, strategic program management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, judgment, and discretion skills.
- Experience managing qualitative and quantitative metrics, dashboards, and complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience leading significant cross-functional initiatives involving senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed decision-making and significant organizational complexity.
