Senior Technology Contracts & Vendor Analyst (Power BI)

Location: Atlanta Support Center, onsite 4 days per week

What you will do

• Manage the IT contract lifecycle and administer the Contract Management System.
• Support negotiations for IT hardware, software, and services, including amendments and renewals.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting for the agreement renewal pipeline, supplier KPIs, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare documentation for IT procurement projects, RFPs, and RFIs.
• Track IT contractors and manage their reporting and onboarding process.
• Partner with legal operations, IT leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams on contract guidance and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related IT discipline.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, contract lifecycle management, and strategic IT vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and procurement systems.
• Proficiency in Power BI dashboard development and maintenance is required.
• Strong negotiation, planning, organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
