Business Manager (Full Time) - Brown Thomas (Cosmetics)

Location: Dundrum, County Dublin, Ireland; availability to work weekends is required.

Salary: €33,000–€36,000 per year

What you will do

• Achieve sales goals while delivering high-quality client service.
• Present and sell products through professional makeup applications.
• Build and develop a client base through consistent follow-up.
• Manage counter systems, including daily sales analysis, product orders, tester replacement, and monthly product returns.
• Prepare the monthly counter schedule and manage a 30-hour resident makeup artist.
• Partner with the supervisor on seasonal strategies and store events while representing the brand across the store.

Requirements

• Experience in retail cosmetics management.
• Excellent makeup artistry and sales skills.
• Effective communication with clients, peers, and management.
• Experience analyzing sales results, forecasting, and planning promotions.
• Ability to use standard business equipment and computer systems.
• Availability to work weekends is required.
