• Review and organize incoming client tax documents.
• Assist with tax information intake, routing, scanning, and processing.
• Track client documents and keep records current.
• Assemble client tax returns according to established procedures.
• Support e-filing, final delivery steps, and preparation of informational tax documents.
• Help the team meet strict government deadlines and provide general operational support.

• Work toward a bachelor's degree; Accounting or Finance is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Availability from January 2027 through April 2027.
