NA Fem Care Retail Media Trader (Paid Search)

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States

Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage North American Fem Care eRetail paid search campaigns from creation through ongoing optimization.
• Use real-time data to identify insights and deliver incremental, profitable growth for P&G and retail partners.
• Partner with Brand, Sales, and IT to define and build search executions supporting commercial strategies online.
• Create standardized reporting and present performance data to internal and external business partners.
• Communicate with customers in a client-facing role while working collaboratively across functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree/MBA in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience using data to identify business-building insights and turn them into solutions or processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with customers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available; applicants must meet applicable US work authorization requirements.

Nice to have

• Paid search experience across retail, Google, Bing, or social platforms.
• Experience with Criteo, Promote IQ, or Quotient.
• Experience analyzing website and mobile conversions.
• Data analytics experience with KNIME, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms such as Target.com, Walmart.com, Instacart.com, or Shipt.com.
