What you will do

• Analyze consumer needs and recommend suitable home energy solutions.
• Conduct daily outbound calls and respond to inbound pre-sale questions by phone.
• Negotiate and close deals while handling complaints and objections effectively.
• Meet sales targets and maintain standards for customer satisfaction, productivity, and policy compliance.
• Educate customers about the home energy industry and provide detailed information about hirify.global products.
• Gather consumer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve products and services.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of related experience in sales, retail, or marketing.
• Ability to understand consumer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and handle objections.
• Ability to interpret data, analyze results, and make recommendations.
• Ability to work with consumers, dealers, and contractors.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
