Strategic Finance Director (SaaS)

Location: Bellevue, WA, USA

Salary: $175,000–$205,000 annually, with potential annual bonus and stock eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead long-range planning, scenario analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Build analytical frameworks to evaluate economics by sales motion and line of business.
• Evaluate major investments and capital allocation decisions through business cases and ROI analysis.
• Provide financial planning and decision support for Payments, including forecasting, P&L management, and investment analysis.
• Support M&A diligence through financial modeling and analysis.
• Improve finance tools, reporting, automation, and analytical processes, and present recommendations to senior leadership and the Board.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent field.
• 8+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, investment banking, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Ability to independently structure and lead complex, cross-functional financial analyses and solve ambiguous business problems.
• Strong business judgment, executive presence, and written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in a SaaS or software business is strongly preferred.
