HCUK Pricing Analyst (Automotive Finance)

Location: Hybrid, with a minimum of two days per week at the Reigate, Surrey head office, United Kingdom

Salary: £33,750–£40,000 per year, depending on experience and expertise, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Manage, maintain, validate, and update dynamic pricing models and key assumptions.
• Support pricing proposals and contract hire pricing activities for loan, lease, and wholesale products.
• Analyse product and portfolio performance, assess profitability, and escalate potential risks affecting future losses.
• Maintain and enhance management information reporting suites and dashboards, explaining monthly movements to management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Sales, manufacturer partners, joint venture partners, data providers, and external suppliers.
• Identify risks, incidents, and compliance breaches while using approved AI tools accurately, explainably, and in line with data protection policies.

Requirements

• Relevant pricing, risk, or financial analysis experience in financial services, preferably automotive or asset finance.
• Strong data analysis and manipulation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with management information reporting and related technical knowledge.
• Understanding of financial services operations, automotive market dynamics, residual value data management, and regulatory requirements.
• Finance experience or a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Part-qualified or studying towards ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or AAT qualifications.
• Knowledge of SAS.
