Maintenance I

Location: Roseau Plant; on-site maintenance work, including occasional weekend and holiday work and required third-shift availability.

Base pay: $24.84–$29.68 per hour.

What you will do

• Complete maintenance assignments through the Maintenance Work Order System and document completed work.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
• Modify equipment and systems and help establish maintenance standards and procedures.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas in accordance with facility standards.
• Partner with facility leadership, engineering, and employees on productivity and process improvements.
• Handle special projects, overtime, and required on-call duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• 2–4 years of previous maintenance experience.
• Metalworking experience, including welding and fabrication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and tooling prints.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines and maintenance procedures, including Lockout/Tagout.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Technical degree in mechanical maintenance.
• EAM and computer experience.
• OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour training.
