Quote Technician 2nd Shift (PCB Manufacturing)

Location: San Jose, California, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

Salary: $49,928–$78,919 per year. An annual or quarterly bonus may apply, and alternative shifts may qualify for a shift premium.

What you will do

• Receive, prioritize, import, and analyze quote requests.
• Interpret technical information and enter accurate data into the quote system.
• Determine the best manufacturing location and calculate minimum build lead times.
• Minimize stackup and bill-of-materials costs while maximizing panel utilization.
• Select equivalent materials based on basic material properties and check inventory.
• Complete single-lamination and type-1 HDI quotes with impedance requirements.

Requirements

• Strong data-entry, reading, documentation, problem-solving, and basic math skills.
• Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt, work independently, and maintain accuracy in a detail-critical environment.
• Ability to work within ITAR and export-control guidelines; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
• Previous printed circuit board experience is preferred.
